Affiliate terms

You send people to Cozy Learners; if they buy, you earn a share. This page is the whole agreement — what counts as your sale, when the money is yours, and the two or three things that would end it.

In force since September 5, 2026. Beegma LLC, Wyoming, USA — 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Questions: hello@cozylearners.com.

Joining

Anyone can apply from the footer of the site. An application earns nothing until it is approved, and until then your own page deliberately does not show you a link — so nothing is shared that would credit nobody. We approve or we do not; there is no fee either way.

What counts as your sale

  • Somebody follows your link. Their browser remembers your code for 60 days.
  • The first link wins. If they arrived on somebody else's link first and yours second, the sale is theirs. That rule runs the other way too.
  • If they buy in that window, the sale is credited to you at the rate on your record on the day of the sale — later changes to your rate never rewrite a past sale.
  • Someone who clears their cookies, buys on another device, or waits longer than the window will not be credited. That is the limit of what a link can honestly claim.

Enrolling yourself and then buying through your own link does not earn a commission. It is a discount you did not negotiate.

When you are paid

A commission is earned the moment the sale happens and becomes payable 30 days later. Cozy Learners offers no refunds, so this is not a buyer changing their mind — it is the window in which a card dispute can still reverse the payment, which can happen to anybody.

We would rather wait than pay you for a sale that later reverses and then ask for the money back. A sale that is reversed earns nothing, and your own page shows it as such rather than quietly removing it.

Payouts are a manual transfer, so tell us where to send it. Your page shows what is owed now, what is still waiting, and what has already been paid.

How you may promote it

Honestly, and in your own words. Specifically:

  • Say that you earn from it. US law requires a clear disclosure wherever you post the link — in the video, in the caption, in the post itself, not buried in a profile.
  • Do not invent claims. Do not promise results, do not describe pages the books do not contain, and do not write a review of something you have not read.
  • Do not bid on our name in paid search, and do not run ads that look like they come from us.
  • Do not spam. No unsolicited email, no comment stuffing, no groups you are not part of.
  • Do not share the books themselves. Sample images we have published are fine; the PDF is not.

Ending it

Either of us can stop at any time. If we turn a code off it stops crediting new sales immediately and every sale already credited to you is still paid — a code is never deleted, because a payout history has to outlive the relationship.

The exception is fraud: a sale made with a stolen card, a self-purchase dressed as a referral, or traffic bought against the rules above earns nothing, and we will say which and why.

The rest

Being an affiliate does not make you an employee, an agent or a partner of Beegma LLC, and you cannot speak or sign for us. The terms and privacy policy apply to you as they do to anybody else.

We may change these terms; the date at the top says when the current wording started, and a change never applies backwards to a sale already credited. Questions: hello@cozylearners.com.
