Refund policy
All sales are final. Cozy Learners sells printable books as a download, and the download starts the moment you pay — so there is nothing to return and no way to take it back. The product page says this next to the price, before you buy.
In force since September 5, 2026. Beegma LLC, Wyoming, USA — 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Questions: hello@cozylearners.com.
Why it works this way
A refund on a digital file means giving the money back and leaving the file with the person who asked. That is not a policy, it is a price of zero for anybody who asks — and it would be paid for by everybody who does not. We would rather set the price honestly and keep it there.
So the whole book is described before you pay: the page count, the plan, the sample pages, and what is inside each section. If something you need to know is not on that page, ask us first — hello@cozylearners.com — and we will answer before you spend anything.
When we do put it right
Final means we do not refund a change of mind. It does not mean we walk away from a problem. Write to us and we will fix any of these:
- You were charged and got nothing. We send the file, or we refund it.
- The file is damaged, incomplete, or will not open. We send a working one.
- You were charged twice for the same book. We refund the duplicate.
- Somebody used your card without your permission. Tell us and tell your bank.
None of these is a favour and none of them needs a reason from you. They are the cases where you did not get what you paid for, which is a different thing from not wanting it.
Your bank
Nothing on this page takes away a right you have with your card issuer or under the law where you live. If you dispute a charge with your bank, that process is theirs and it continues whatever we say here.
What you keep
What you bought is yours to print as often as you like, for as long as you like — that never expires. What is limited is how long you can come back and download the file again from us; the product page states the current window next to the price, because it is a setting rather than a sentence we retype. Keep your own copy and the question never arises.
