Privacy policy
Cozy Learners sells two printable books. Almost everything we hold about you exists because you bought one, and there is nothing here we collect in order to sell it on, profile you, or advertise to you elsewhere.
In force since October 1, 2026. Beegma LLC, Wyoming, USA — 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Questions: hello@cozylearners.com.
What we hold, and why
- Your email address and your name, because an account needs one and a receipt has to go somewhere.
- What you bought, when, and for how much — the order, not the card.
- A record of what you agreed to and when, including which version of these pages was in force, the address the request came from and the browser that made it. That record exists so a disagreement can be settled by looking rather than remembering.
- Anything you write to us, in a support thread or a review.
- Your email address alone, if you asked to hear about new books.
We never see your card. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe, which is also the seller of record for the transaction. We receive the fact that a payment succeeded, the amount, and an order reference — never a card number.
Your children
We do not ask about your children, and we hold nothing about them. No name, no age, no year group, no work they have done. The books are printed at home and used off-screen; nothing about how your child gets on with them ever reaches us, and there is no account for a child to have.
The one place where a child's name could reach us is a message you type: the support form asks you to leave it out, and if one ever appears it stays in the thread and is never repeated in an email — which is why our replies notify you without carrying the text.
This is not a policy we intend to change quietly. If the shop ever asks for something about a child, it will ask you, and it will say why.
Cookies, and why there is no banner
There is no analytics cookie, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracker on this site. We count how many times each public page was opened on each day, and which website sent the visit — a path, a date, a number, and a site name such as pinterest.com. We keep the name of the site and nothing after it: not the page you were on, not what you searched for. That counter holds no visitor, no session, no country and nothing that could be traced back to a person. It is switched off entirely on any page you have to sign in to reach.
Two cookies exist, and both do a job you can see:
- Your session, once you sign in. Without it you would be signed out on every page.
- A referral code, for 60 days, if you arrived from somebody's affiliate link — so that the person who sent you is credited if you buy. It holds a code, not you.
Neither is used to build a profile, and there is nothing to consent to that we could honestly ask about — which is the only reason this site has no banner.
Who else sees any of it
- Stripe takes the payment and is the seller of record.
- Resend delivers our email — confirmations, receipts, support notifications.
- Our own server, rented from OVH, holds everything else.
That is the whole list. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and nobody buys access to our customers.
How long we keep it
Your account and what is attached to it stay until you ask us to delete them. An order record outlives the account on purpose — with no name attached to it — because a payment has to be accountable for years after the person has gone.
What you can ask for
Write to hello@cozylearners.com and ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion. We will answer within 30 days, and we will not ask you why.
Deletion is done by a person at our end rather than by a button you press. That is a smaller shop's answer and not a better one, and it does not change what you are entitled to.
